Cody James is a 6th generation Colorado Native and 3rd generation Colorado Real Estate Broker. His family Pioneered Colorado in the late 1800’s and are recognized for Founding Western University in Gunnison, Co.

As a member of the Michael Turner Team at RE/MAX Real Estate Group, Cody James is backed by over 20 years of experience in the local El Paso and Douglas County Real Estate markets. 

Along the Front Range of Colorado, Cody specializes in Luxury Properties, Residential Real Estate, Colorado Ranches, New Homes Sales, and Commercial Realty.

In his career, Cody has worn many hats including Custom Home Project Manager, Professional Photographer (Globally Award Nominated),  Business Entrepreneur, and Marketing Director. He also holds multiple degrees including a Master’s Degree (MBA) specialized in both Marketing and International Business from the University of Colorado.
